This is a great find. The taste of this cheese lingers in your mouth. It is worth hiding in the refrigerator so that you know you will get the last bite. This cheese is worth the price, worth the wait, and worth the taste.

This cheese was delicious. It's not for people who like a mild flavored cheese, however. I love extra sharp cheese and this was, hands down, the best I've ever tasted.
