...in fact, I WAS an Amish Blue Cheese fan (fresh from Harris Teeter grocery store) BUT after having this blue cheese from Swiss Colony... the other stuff tastes too plain. If you like a bold, full bodied and flavorful "stinky" cheese, then this if definitely for you! I eat mine by itself, or with crackers, or apples! YUM! I ate my whole chunk in a few days! (but then again, I am a HUGE blue cheese fan!) Thank you Swiss Colony... I will def be a regular!
