A great cracker makes this Brie stand above the rest but, top the cranberry sausage slice with it and you wont ever eat just one bite

This is the second time that I've ordered the brie, no problem with the first order, but the latest was starting to show mold on the wax/paper casing.

I liked the Brie so much Last year I ordered again but instead of the relish to enhance the cheese there were two small brie cheeses no relish. I looked all over and finally found a relish at a local deli but it was not what i had in mind. The cheese minus the relish was not worth it for me...the cheese plus the relish was.
