I fully expected this fruitcake to come in a tin as it had when ordered in previous years It was difficult to store with no container. In addition, it was not as moist as previous fruitcakes. Based on this one, I would be hesitant to order another one from Swiss Colony.....and I LOVE fruitcake.

We've enjoyed this fruitcake for over 20 yeas but the increase in cost and the recent lack of the tin container will no longer make this a family tradition. Also, the interent ad. of a "free gift" didn't come thru because of an expiration date that wasn't published. So disappointed in the service but not the product itself. Nothing was done to make this right after contact was made.
