This cheesecake was quite good. All the layers had good flavor and texture. This is not a large cheesecake, but since a small slice of cheesecake is pretty filling on its own, that wasn't a big issue. It also kept fresh over several days in the fridge, a nice plus.

Honestly, this cheesecake was great and lived up to all the hype I heard about it. The only issue that I have with this cheesecake is the size. For the amount that it cost, I was hoping for larger size cake. However, I don't want to discourage anyone from buying it because it actually was great.

We found it to wonderful in taste and texture(very creamy and fluffly) but a little heavy in the crust area. To thick of a crust takes away from the taste of the filling.
