A tasty snack
While I agree with other reviewers that these cheese logs are small, they are a great size for a snack. Especially for a snack on the go as each is individually wrapped. They are also quite tasty. Additionally, the packaging makes this an easy gift.

I should have paid more attention to the reviews or at least remembered, because I was shocked when these came in. They look big in the photo but they are actually quite tiny like about six inches long and an inch wide. They are tiny. I tried the Brick cheese on a Ritz cracker and couldn't taste the cheese. But when I ate the cheese by itself, then I could taste it. I wouldn't order these again even though they are cute. You would do well to buy a more flavorful cheese from the grocery store.

Delicious!
As with the summer sausage, these cheeses are small, but the taste is phenomenal! I ordered five boxes of cheese to pair with the sausages. I am making gift baskets for neighbors for Christmas, which are perfect. The cheese is flavorful and creamy and tastes so good with the sausage...yes, I had to sample :)! I am very pleased with this product!

Do these cheese bars come refrigerated? You have only stated they should be refrigerated upon arrival, but that does not answer the 6 prior questions regarding shelf life. How long can they be unrefrigerated?

Our gifts are shipped in refrigerated trucks to a postal center near the order's destination. They are then released for US Post Office delivery. The packages stay refrigerated for as long as possible. We hope this information is helpful!
