EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS
I almost didn't purchase this because of the negative reviews but was so glad I did. What others were saying was undercooked, was actually the sugar, cinnamon, and juice from the apples making the dish very moist. If you like ooey-gooey, you will probably like this. The ingredients are good quality and plentiful. It's looks just like the picture and tastes even better than it looks. they didn't skimp on the ingredients. Delicious.

Not so hot Apple Pie
I ordered this pie because of the picture in the book. The book shows a huge pie that is very tall and what looked like about an average 9 inches. The price was way outside of my budget but because of the size shown I was willing to make an exception. When that pie arrived, it was hideous. It was this tiny little thing that was only 6 inches around and 2 inches tall. The apples were still crunchy as well. I even looked in the book to see if they made 2 different piesI think this was the most disappointed I've ever been with a purchase.

Yes it can be sliced like any other pie. Don’t know about freezing it cause it doesn’t stay around long at my house with everybody eating it, it is usually gone by 2- 3 days
