Fruitcake follies.
The pineapple macadamia didn't hit the mark, nor did the butter rum, but the clasic was spot on right out of the park.
However once again portion for price...thumbs down.

Where are the full ingredients listed for each of these fruit cakes? I need to avoid hydrogenated or partially hydrogenated oils, high fructose corn syrup and soy oil, if possible.

Is it too early to order for Christmas? How long does it stay fresh?

It is definitely not too early to order for Christmas! In fact, we recommend doing so. Our Bakery gifts will keep in the refrigerator for one week to one month and may be frozen up to three months, although freezing may affect the texture. Meats and Sausages should not be frozen or refrigerated longer than three months. Unopened Cheese can be kept refrigerated for up to two months. Opened Cheese can be kept refrigerated for up to 3 weeks. Cheese Spreads can be kept refrigerated up to one month. If longer storage is needed, some Cheese Spreads can be frozen up to three months. When ready to serve, thaw in the refrigerator and serve at room temperature.

If you order the Fruitcake Melody you would not be able to request all three to be the original, you would receive the three different types. You could order three of AG874 which is our 1/2# Fruitcake.
