So Far, So Good!
Gave this camera to my Daughter (19y/o) for Christmas with the additional personalization and film. She loved it! You must get close to take clear pictures, but it was okay for her and taking selfies. I showed her our instant cameras back in the day and she was pleased with her gift.

Horrible!!!!!
I bought this item for my niece as a Christmas present and it did not work. I was so frustrated because the cost on this site was far higher than all other sites. I called customer service and the lady was very dry about my concern. On top of that, the shipping and handling charges are very expensive and I have to pay to return it. I was then told that I would not be able to get a replace until February 3, 2023. I am usually satisfied with my purchases from this site, but this one took the cake!

Good product bad personalization
I got this item personalized and they got the name crooked and it’s just cheap stickers they put on there for the personalization the product is nice but in my opinion don’t get it personalized they charge too much for how cheaply it’s done you can do it at home yourself and the batteries the camera comes with arent any good so be ready to have to buy new ones

I got a bill but did not receive my full order. I am not paying this bill until I receive the rest. I will accept any color camera. Color does not matter. It says my energy bank was delivered but it was not.
