Ties came off immediately
The cushions were very cute, but the ties to fasten them to the chairs were barely stitched on. One came off the first time a cushion was used, and a second came undone a few days later. I will stitch them up again, but I don’t feel that I should have to do so, especially without any use.

The size of the cushion says 17" square. Is that the cushion itself or the ruffle as well? If the ruffle is included in the 17" how many inches is the ruffle? I want to know the sitting area or the cushioned part of the seating area.
