5 Star product minus packaging malfunction
I LOVE these and am so happy when they are in stock but this last order received this morning has me feeling Kringle-less!! Boxes on top of the Kringle box caused it to cave in which was so bent-up and smashed making it leak out and stick to the cardboard plus it was left in the sun just below my doorbell without a single dingdong warning from shipper so all the icing was melted off. Not even sure I can get it out of the shrink wrap at this point...sigh

Received Damaged.
The box was crushed when I received it, but I was hoping that it would be ok. Unfortunately when I opened it yesterday, that was not the case, it was squished and I was unable to serve it after dinner. Sadly a waste of money.

LET DOWN
I have purchasing your Kringles for years for my sister in Michigan and me, and we were always thrilled. However, the one that I received in Florida, and the one my sister received in Michigan were.One could see any of the layers on the top and NONE on the bottom. Also, I had an interest change and I cannot get to my account o line which I have had for years and years to pay without interest.

Not good!
Terrible! We froze it and took it out about 3 weeks later. It is made way to thin in the first place, and it was mushy after being frozen. It said it could be frozen. We didn't eat it, a big waste of money.

Messy Kringle
While I have, in the past, enjoyed our Swiss Colony Kringles, this years version was not up to par. It arrived on time and looked wonderful, but the Kringle was so soggy on the bottom that it could not be held by hand. We had intended to cut it into pieces and put out for guests, but unless you plated it and ate it with a fork, it was a mess of a Kringle. Also, even with refrigeration, the left over Kringle only stayed fresh for 5 days before it molded and was discarded. So basically, we could not use it as intended and it quickly went bad. We will try again next Holiday season.
