Lack of Quality Control
These Petits Fours taste great. My issue with them is the spelling. MERRY CHRISTMAR.
I think there should be better quality control. I would recommend the product but not the customizing.

it said you can use 9 letters for the names but it will not let me do it, can only do 7

HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THE PERSONALIZATION ONLY ALLOWING AT FIRST 7 LETTERS THEN WHEN TRIED AGAIN ONLY ALLOWING 6 LETTERS...CHOOSING ANOTHER GIFT...TOO DIFFICULT

It will only let you do 7 letters not 9
