Pocket knife.
I ordered 2 ...one for each of my adult sons. I had their names put on these knives, only to get one with the name one it. I called to have them fix the mistake they made. And they sent me another knife with still nothing on it. How hard is it to get a name engraved on a knife! So I called again to fix this, got another knife sent , still no engraved name ! I now have tried 2 times to fix it. So I called again, not happy at all, the sales rep promised it would be fixed and she ordered number 3 knife, got it today......STILL NOT ENGRAVED! VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER. So I give up. One son gets an engraved knife the other just the knife with a long story. UNBELIEVABLE!!!

Ordered a pocket knife in box and had my sons name put on it, and the name only had 6 of the 7 letters, I reviewed my order and it states up to 10 letters, I had to return the knife and havent heard anything on the return.
