I bought this drone as a christmas gift and not only did it arrive very late but it also didn't work after doing a complete charge on the battery. It would not even lift off the ground

Does not fly
Bought this for my grandson. The complications of installing the battery and the charging is ridiculous. Bad product and don't recommend. App does not work on our phones. You charge the battery for 2 hours, it would only last for 5minutes of flying. It would not even take off of the ground.

Won't even lift off
I bought this for christmas for my son and he opened it this morning and wouldn't even lift so we thought the battery needed to be charged so we charged it and no nothing.
