Fresh and delicious!
These are one of my all-time favorite petit fours (though I love so many other of their flavors it's ridiculous)! Super delicious and awesome cake to frosting ratio - I eat these religiously on all of my cheat days and try to never run out, often stockpiling them in my freezer over the summer when they aren't shipping them (they are amazing frozen too!)! Please don't ever stop making these!

Tasty but not all were moist.
Tasty but they can be a bit dry. It just depends on which batch you receive. Half of my box was perfect but the others were not moist at all.

They are not individually wrapped, unless you wrap them.

Could you change the frosting from cream cheese to buttercream if requested? Also if I am mailing these to someone how long can they be kept Unrefrigerated?
I am not sure on the frosting change, but I would not because it will change the taste. The should not be unrefrigerated, but if you are sending them to a location with temperatures that are below 35 degrees you should be ok up to 8 hours.
