When I opened it, some of items cracked and melted
Hello I have a problem with this item,when opened some candy was melted and others hard as a rock. The other items were OK. Unfortunately my baby stepdaughter threw it away. How do I go about getting a refund for this item?

We are able to ship items to multiple addresses. When placing your order online:

2) Select Add New Address for each item not shipping to the billing address.
