Beef log better than sausage stick
I believe years ago another company called these Beef Stick. They also had sausage stick and summer sausage stick. This is what mom always bought especially after tasting the sausage stick. That company no longer sells them so they told me. The Beef Stick or as Swiss Colony calls it Log, is delicious. It's much more lean (less greasy) and has a great flavor. I highly reccomend it.

Very boring.
The taste was boring,if any taste at all. Nothing special about it. It was just like eating bologna at an expensive price. Not worth the money at all.

Can you freeze some of beef and cheese log if u don’t eat it all right away
Hi Manda,
Meats and Sausages should not be frozen or refrigerated longer than three months. Unopened Cheese can be kept refrigerated for up to two months. Opened Cheese can be kept refrigerated for up to 3 weeks. Cheese Spreads can be kept refrigerated up to one month. If longer storage is needed, some Cheese Spreads can be frozen up to three months. When ready to serve, thaw in the refrigerator and serve at room temperature. We hope this information is helpful.

I don't see a list of ingredients in the beef sausage. I'm allergic to pork. In order to purchase an item, I need to make sure it does not contain any pork in it. How can I be sure that I'm purchasing an all beef item?
