Not Buffalo sticks
the ones we got the Buffalo meat sticks were Water Buffalo meat sticks with pork and beef which I considered a bummer the others are what supposed to be elk with beef and venison with beef

I bought this as a Christmas present for my wife and I. The package consists of seven sticks per meat type (a total of 21.) The quality and flavor is exceptional. I disagree with the reviews that say the product is too small for the price. Considering the poor quality and similar pricing of meat sticks at the local gas station, this is a much better way to go.

You changed your recipe.
I have bought these in previous years. Only one of the products had Pork in them. I gave that one away. This year they ALL have Pork in them. Boo! I will be giving them as presents but not ordering again.

You should be good for 4-6 weeks. They are similar to jerky. I give them as gifts every year and never had an issue.
