Like I said. Got it as a gift and everything other then the water buffalo tasted the same. Taste wasn't bad but tasted exactly like a slim Jim but smaller. Should've had its own flavor profile but I do understand why, Game meat is lean so animal fat is needed I feel like these could be better

Did NOT look like the photo. Arrived in a small box, stacked on top of each other, in vacuum sealed packages. VERY disappointed

Taste authentic
I gave these to my boss he is a hunter, and he hasn't been able to go for the past couple of years. I saw these in your store ordered them and they arrived perfect in time for him to share with his family who was in for the Thanksgiving. He said they tasted great and just glad that he didn't have to make them.

Off-Putting
Received these as a gift. The texture of these sticks is a little off-putting. The casing is not very crisp, and then the meat inside is very soft, even when being kept in the fridge after being opened. It's almost like a meat Go-Gurt. The flavor is very good - I have no complaints about that -all three flavors are delicious. It's just a little strange to think you're about to snap into a meat stick only to have the meat squeeze out as you bite into it like cookie dough. I don't know if I would buy them myself or gift them to anyone. Maybe Swiss Colony needs to tweak the recipe?

I recently received these sticks as a Christmas present. They were frozen and then given to me. I left them out for 24+ hours. They obviously thawed and are now room temperature. They are still sealed. Are they ok to eat or should I just toss them?
