Processed cheese
I bought this product along with other assortments and overall do not like the quality at all. It seems processed and not high quality and we didn't like the taste of two of the four spreads we bought so didn't even open up the others. If you like authentic Swiss products, this is not going to suit your taste buds.

We have bought these for many years and really enjoy the different flavors. Don't look for chunks of seafood, just enjoy the spread on a good cracker with some wine!!

They are made of plastic with a foil seal. I think they are about 2oz each
