  • Good, but not as good as Regular Fruit Cake

  • This was very good, but not as good as your regular fruit cake - regular little more moist and I like the more taste of fruit.

  • We normally get Collin Street fruitcakes, and love the pineapples, cherries and pecans. This "super" fruitcake was a gift. Very crumbly, hard to slice (even after refrigerated) without it falling apart into small pieces. I didn't like the texture at all - probably from the figs and chia seeds. It's not very sweet either, which doesn't bother me, but there are very few nuts...and no pecans at all. I missed the citron and peels...and especially pineapple and cherries. I wish I had received the Swiss Colony Christmas fruitcake so that I could compare it to the Collin Street original. This one is pretty much like eating a fruity trail mix. But not quite as good.

  • Not real great

  • The flavor actually wasn't bad but it was really quite dry. Don't know if it was just old or if it's just dry.
