Why isn't the Christmas candy 1/2 off like everyone else?
Because they make there candy fresh every year. They don’t have to send back the extra like the regular stores would have to do.So they can put out for Valentine’s Day. Not only that it is wrapped candy and Swiss colony is homemade. I hope this was helpful.

Are these tree nut free?
There have never been nuts in the ones I have gotten. No one in my family has nut allergies, s I never thought about it. No nuts in them. But there is an information label on the products I have always gotten, so be sure to look for any potential warning there. You should be able to call customer service for further label information. I didn't buy them this year for my grandkids, but they have always looked forward to getting them. My 3 year old granddaughter made the selections this year however and she likes the Petit Fours better ... this year anyway.
