Almost hurt my granddaughter
The board in the seat area broke in half. Exposing to nails sticking up. I am crying right now because I brought this for her. The answer from company was I will send you a packing slip to send back. I will not send anything back keep the refund. I am blessed she is ok. If I could give this a zero I would. the first week the name came off. Look at the nails.

Very beautiful chair,very sturdy and a great size
Just received it and it's beautiful,my only gripe is I wish the"hand painted"name was a little more then just written with what looks like a paint pen,I was hoping for some flair but other then that it is amazing!!5 stars

Poor quality
I am returning the rocking chair. So cheap. Wood splintered when trying to put together. So disappointing since it was my granddaughter Christmas gift.

Very Poor Quality
When I received my chair the personalization was smeared and bled through the stencil used. It looks awful. The chair has scratches and dents everywhere. I am returning this item.

Tearing our hair out
I bought two. So far, impossible to assemble. Tried to hold the parts together with two people. Finally tried to glue them. The first screw we inserted split the wood. My husband is a woodworker. He will try to put it together with better glue, clamps, and finishing nails. I think the seat may hold everything together, but we're not there yet.

Poor workmanship
I bought this as a Christmas present for my grandson, when trying to put it together I first noticed scratches and rough wood covered with paint making big globs. I started trying to screw the crossbar to the armrest, the crossbar part that goes into the hole of armrest isn’t long enough so it can’t be screwed in. I will be sending this back.

Would Not Recommend!
I bought 2 of these for Christmas gifts. My niece and nephew loved them. Today, my nephew's broke while he was rocking in it. He isn't anywhere near the weight limit. Now, I have to worry about my niece's chair breaking also. Luckily, he didn't get hurt. But, he's very upset about his chair. I've attached pics of the broken rocking chair. This was money wasted. No way are they solid wood as advertised! I would give 0 stars if it was an option.
