A company that’s been in business more than 90 years is likely to have some stories to tell.

Imagine a college student growing up in small-town Wisconsin. As a class project he designs a handbill selling cheese as Christmas gifts, and his venture grows into a company whose name is nationally synonymous with quality food gifts.

Our Heritage

The Swiss Colony began by shipping 50 packages of cheese as Christmas gifts in 1926, and eventually built the country’s largest hand-decorating bakery.
