Two eyelet screws below large plaque (11.75" w x 5" h excluding jute hanger) to attach a small plaque (9" w x 4.5" h). Personalization included: Name/date/message in 2 lines, up to 16 characters/spaces per line (large plaque) or 14 characters/spaces per line (small plaque).
